I even returned the unit at my expense according to their RMA procedure. I got nothing but a run-around from FIrefly the past two months. The post office returned my unopened package because they could not even deliver the unit to the advertised return address. I told the firefly representative what the post office said a month ago and the rep made all kinds of promises but never delivered. I’m stuck with a faulty unit; Firefly owes me $249 for selling a faulty vaporizer. BUYER BEWARE!!!
